Ricotta Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted almond
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed herbs (parsley, basil etc)

Directions

    Take about a tbls of ricotta at a time, and using moistend hands, roll into small balls.

    Roll the balls into either of the three toppings.
  3. 3
    Lay alternately red (paprika),brown (nuts),green (herbs) out onto a platter.
