- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten with fork
- 1 lemon cake mix, prepared according to directions
- 1 small chocolate Hershey bar with almonds (optional)
- pinch of cinnamon
Directions

1Mix Ricotta, sugar and eggs by hand. Then add chocolate bar that has been finely chopped and cinnamon. Prepare cake mix and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Carefully spoon Ricotta mixture on top of batter. Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
