  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 lb. Ricotta
  • 4 eggs

    Mix cake according to package.

    Now grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Pour in cake.

    Mix Ricotta, sugar, vanilla and eggs together.

    Pour this mixture on top of cake.

    Spread evenly on top.

    Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.

    Let cool in pan.

    Cut into squares.
