  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese

Directions

    Make yellow cake according to box.

    Pour into pan; set aside. Mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  3. 3
    Beat in Ricotta cheese. Spread mixture over top of cake.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serve with strawberries and whipped cream, if desired.
