  • 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix yellow cake mix according to directions on box.

    In a separate bowl, mix eggs, cheese, sugar and vanilla.

    Beat to custard consistency.

    Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, pour cake batter. Pour cheese mixture on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    The top will brown lightly.
