  • 2 pounds ricotta
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar I used Splenda!
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Prepare yellow cake mix as directed on the box.

    Spray 9 x 13 x 2 pan with Pam.

    Pour cake batter into a 9 x 13 x 2 pan.

    Put aside.

    Mix ricotta,eggs, sugar & vanilla with wire whip.

    pour on top of cake mix 1/2 inch from sides

    Bake 350 for 45-55 min., depending on your oven.
