- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Blend Ricotta and cream cheese well.

2Blend in sugar.

3Beat in eggs one at a time.

4Add vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, flour and butter.

5Fold in sour cream and blend well.

6Pour into 10-inch buttered spring pan.

7Place in cold oven and turn heat to 325° for 1 hour.

8Do not open oven door.

9Turn off oven and leave for 2 to 3 hours.

10Cool and put fruit on top (cherries, pineapple, strawberries).
