- 300 g ricotta cheese
- 15 g yeast
- 3 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g potato flour
- 120 g butter
- 1 little glass cognac
- 1 orange, juice of
- 100 g chocolate
- 50 g candied orange and citron
Directions

1Beat eggs with sugar.

2Melt butter and add it with all the other ingredients.

3Finally add yeast sifted.

4(sometimes instead of chocolate we use raisin put in orang juice 1 hour before.)

5To frost, grind 45 gr almonds, add 150 sugar and then add 1 egg white until you obtain a cream.
