- 2 c. flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla or anise flavoring
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, Ricotta cheese and flavoring; mix well.

3Add dry ingredients, gradually.

4Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.

5Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
