  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. grated chocolate

Directions

    Whip Ricotta cheese, add 3/4 cup sugar, then add 3 egg yolks. Add milk and vanilla.

    Beat in egg whites.

    Fold in chocolate. Pour into pie plate with Pillsbury pie crust in the pie plate. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
