- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb ricotta cheese, whole milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 egg yolk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Scald milk and butter - let cool.

3Combine remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth - add cooled milk and butter.

4Pour into a 9 inch pie plate.

5Optional - Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

6Bake for 40-50 minutes.
