  • 1 unsweetened chocolate square
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter, plus
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 2 scoops protein powder (I use the IDS chocolate)
  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese

Directions

    Melt together in the microwave chocolate, peanut butter.

    Stir in Splenda, protein powder, ricotta cheese.

    Mix well and shape into a round flat disc about 6 inches across. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill until hardened.

    Cut into 12 pie shaped wedges.
