- 1 unsweetened chocolate square
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, plus
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 2 scoops protein powder (I use the IDS chocolate)
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
Directions

1Melt together in the microwave chocolate, peanut butter.

2Stir in Splenda, protein powder, ricotta cheese.

3Mix well and shape into a round flat disc about 6 inches across. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill until hardened.

4Cut into 12 pie shaped wedges.
