  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • Filling
  • 3 cups walnuts chopped fine
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 c ricotta cheese
  • Powedered sugar to sprinkle on top
