  • oil
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 16 ounces mushrooms, cut into large pieces
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • 14 teaspoon dried basil
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup marsala wine
  • 14 cup white wine
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Saute onions in oil.

    Add garlic, balsamic vinaigrette, mushrooms, salt & pepper.

    Saute until mushrooms are slightly cooked down.

    Add stock, Marsala, and white wine.

    Simmer and cook down until roughly half.

    ~1 hours.

    Gradually add cream and Parmesan cheese.

    Bring to boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer.

    Cook rigatoni until according to directions.
