- oil
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 16 ounces mushrooms, cut into large pieces
- seasoning salt
- pepper
- 14 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 14 cup white wine
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute onions in oil.

2Add garlic, balsamic vinaigrette, mushrooms, salt & pepper.

3Saute until mushrooms are slightly cooked down.

4Add stock, Marsala, and white wine.

5Simmer and cook down until roughly half.

6~1 hours.

7Gradually add cream and Parmesan cheese.

8Bring to boil.
-
9Reduce heat and simmer.
-
10Cook rigatoni until according to directions.

11Drain.

12Add mushroom mixture to rigatoni.
