- 250 g rigatoni pasta
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons cheese (optional)
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small red pepper
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Boil the rigatoni and cut in pieces the peppers.

2Once the rigatoni are boiled, fry the peppers (not very much).

3Mix the rigatoni with the tomato sauce, the peppers, the tobasco, the olive oil and the salt.

4Once served add the cheese (optional) to each plate.
