- 1/2-inch whole round steak (1 1/4 lb.)
- 1 head green small cabbage
- 2 large new red or white potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans (2 lb.) whole tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Cut round steak into 2 x 3-inch pieces; set aside.

2Shred cabbage after washing, set aside.

3Peel and cut thin slices of potatoes and set aside.

4Slice onion thin and set aside.

5Drain tomatoes in a stainer over a bowl.

6Without mashing the tomatoes, squeeze out the seeds over the strainer.
