  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 medium chopped onion (fine)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can tomato soup (use only 90%)

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Slice Velveeta and put in soup.

    Mix. Bring to a boil.

    Simmer.

    Put in 1 beaten egg.

    Stir fast and frequently.

    Serve hot over crackers or let cool and use as a spread.
