- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium chopped onion (fine)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can tomato soup (use only 90%)
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Slice Velveeta and put in soup.

3Mix. Bring to a boil.

4Simmer.

5Put in 1 beaten egg.

6Stir fast and frequently.

7Serve hot over crackers or let cool and use as a spread.
