Ripe Olive Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium chopped green pepper
  • margarine
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • chopped ripe olives
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Cook onion and green pepper in skillet in margarine.

    Cook on low so as not to brown, but get done.

    Add ground meat; cook until done.

    Add tomato soup, olives, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

    Add egg noodles (cooked and drained) and mushroom soup. Add water, if too dry.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Cover with grated cheese.

    Bake until bubbly.
