- 5 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. club soda
- 2 c. biscuit mix
Directions

1Combine sugar, sour cream and club soda in a medium bowl, stirring well.

2Add biscuit mix, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

3Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 10 to 12 times.

4Shape dough with hands into 6 biscuits about 1-inch thick.

5Place 1 biscuit in the center of a lightly greased 8-inch round cake pan.

6Arrange remaining biscuits in a circle around the center one.

7Bake at 450° for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

8(May make thinner biscuits and bake for a shorter time, if preferred.)
