  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups leftover steak thin strips of precooked meat, or pork
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cups beef bouillon
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 3/4 cup scallions sliced

Directions

    Saute rice and garlic in oil until rice is light brown.

    Add bouillon, meat, wine and onions.

    Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
