  • 3/4 lb. shredded cheese (Mexican is good)
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 to 2 c. enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
  • 1 pkg. tortillas
