  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. chopped walnuts, or pecans

    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in sugar, crackers, nuts and vanilla. Bake in buttered pie dish at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or plain.
