  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seed

    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a blender jar.

    Process on slow speed the chopped onion, sugar and celery seed.

    Continue to process until sugar is dissolved or until well mixed.

    Serve over tossed salads or cabbage salad.
