- 3 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 5 c. chicken broth
- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. green peas, thawed
- 1/4 c. green olives, chopped
- 1/4 c. black olives, chopped
Directions

1Saute onion and green peppers in butter until tender.

2Use broth to cook spaghetti; drain and save some broth to moisten casserole.

3Mix all ingredients together and put into two 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dishes.

4Bake, covered, 1 hour at 375°.

5These may be frozen before baking.
