- 1/2 or more Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 24 oz. pkg. hash browns
Directions

1Heat on low, half and half.

2Add margarine.

4Place hash browns in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Pour creamed mixture over potatoes.
