  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 or more Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 24 oz. pkg. hash browns

Directions

    Heat on low, half and half.

    Place hash browns in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour creamed mixture over potatoes.
