  • 3 c. half and half
  • 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 or 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Heat cream and butter together.

    Place hash browns in a thin layer in an oblong baking dish (9 x 13-inches).

    Pour cream mixture over hash browns; sprinkle with cheese.
