Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. any variety beef (my choice is sirloin tip)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can water per can of soup
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions

  1. 1
    Wash both sides of meat and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place in Corning Ware dish or appropriate sized pan.

    Add both soups and both cans water.
  3. 3
    Cover and roast at 325° for 3 hours or until meat falls apart with a fork.
