- 3 to 5 lb. any variety beef (my choice is sirloin tip)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can water per can of soup
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Wash both sides of meat and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place in Corning Ware dish or appropriate sized pan.

2Add both soups and both cans water.

3Cover and roast at 325° for 3 hours or until meat falls apart with a fork.
