- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can beef bouillon soup
- 2 to 3 cans mushroom soup
- potatoes, quartered and peeled (as many as desired)
- carrots, quartered and peeled (as many as desired)
Directions

1Place roast in baking dish; salt and pepper.
