  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) roast
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beef bouillon soup
  • 2 to 3 cans mushroom soup
  • potatoes, quartered and peeled (as many as desired)
  • carrots, quartered and peeled (as many as desired)

Directions

    Place roast in baking dish; salt and pepper.

    Add potatoes and carrots.

    Mix soups together (in blender or food processor).

    Pour over meat and vegetables.

    Cover with foil.

    Punch holes.

    Bake in 350° oven for 4 to 5 hours.
