Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • roast (I usually buy a rump roast)
  • 1 can chicken broth

Directions

    Saute first 3 ingredients and brown roast.

    Cut slits in roast and fill with mixture.
  3. 3
    Pour can of chicken broth over roast and bake at 350°, basting occasionally.

    Bake, covered, until last 30 minutes or so.

    Thicken the liquid (chicken broth) and it makes a delicious gravy.

    This is easy and really delicious.
