Ingredients
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- roast (I usually buy a rump roast)
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions

1Saute first 3 ingredients and brown roast.

2Cut slits in roast and fill with mixture.

3Pour can of chicken broth over roast and bake at 350°, basting occasionally.

4Bake, covered, until last 30 minutes or so.

5Thicken the liquid (chicken broth) and it makes a delicious gravy.

6This is easy and really delicious.
