  • 3 lb. roast
  • 2 c. red wine
  • 1 c. beef stock
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 medium onions, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

    Add wine and beef stock; mix. Add garlic, onions and pepper.
