Ingredients
- 2 ducks, cut in half
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. water
- juice from 1 small lemon
- paprika
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Rub ducks with garlic, salt and pepper.

2Place breast side down in roaster.

3Combine other ingredients except paprika; pour over ducks.

4Bake at 325° for 3 hours.

5When ducks are tender, turn breast side up and sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake until golden brown.

7Can be served with gravy.

8Add small amount of flour to drippings and cook until thickened, gradually add water to your desire.

9Makes 4 servings.
