- 1 duck, dressed
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 apples
- 1 (12 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
Directions

1Soak duck overnight in chilled salt water.

2Boil 20 minutes in salt water.

3Peel apples and chop.

4Stuff body cavity with chopped apples.

5Place orange slices on breast and hold with toothpicks. Cover duck with sweet and sour sauce.

6Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 275° for 3 hours.
