- 1 whole leg fresh ham
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- flour
- cold water
Directions

1Score the top of the ham and season with salt and pepper.

2Put on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

3Roast in a 325° oven for 40 to 45 minutes per pound or until the meat reaches 185° on the meat thermometer.

4About 1 1/4 hours before the meat is done, spread with a mix of 1 cup light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 2 tablespoons vinegar.
