- 2 pheasants
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. cooking sherry or white wine
- 1 large bunch white grapes
Directions

1Brown pheasant in butter in Dutch oven or iron skillet.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Place in a small roaster or leave in a Dutch oven.

4Add grapes and wine.

5Cook at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
