  • 2 pheasants
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. cooking sherry or white wine
  • 1 large bunch white grapes

Directions

    Brown pheasant in butter in Dutch oven or iron skillet.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Place in a small roaster or leave in a Dutch oven.

    Add grapes and wine.

    Cook at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
