  • 10 large potatoes
  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • water, for boiling
  • oil
  • sea salt

Directions

    peel and cut potato's into in halves or quarters.

    Place prepared potato's in a large saucepan of water.

    Add stock cubes.
  4. 4
    Par boil the potatoes.
  5. 5
    Drain well add the potatoes to a roasting pan.

    With a folk fluff the top of the potato's along the top and crossways.

    Add ground sea salt.

    Add oil (drizzle across potatoes) and roast until golden and crisp.
