- 10 large potatoes
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- water, for boiling
- oil
- sea salt
Directions

1peel and cut potato's into in halves or quarters.

2Place prepared potato's in a large saucepan of water.

3Add stock cubes.

4Par boil the potatoes.

5Drain well add the potatoes to a roasting pan.

6With a folk fluff the top of the potato's along the top and crossways.

7Add ground sea salt.

8Add oil (drizzle across potatoes) and roast until golden and crisp.
