  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Boil sugar, salt and water to hard ball stage (248°).
  2. 2
    Do not stir while cooking.
  3. 3
    Put Marshmallow Creme in a mixing bowl and pour in hot syrup.
  4. 4
    Stir until slightly stiff.
  5. 5
    Fold in nuts and vanilla.
  6. 6
    Drop from spoon on waxed paper or pour into buttered dish.
  7. 7
    Very good and easy.
