- 2 lb. small red potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Cut each red potato into quarters. Place potatoes in large roasting pan with olive or salad oil and remaining ingredients.

3Toss to coat.

4Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender and golden brown, stirring potatoes halfway through cooking.
