Ingredients
- 1 turkey (mine was 8 lbs)
- 1 salt & pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 stuffing (see my recipe or use your own)
- 1 butter stick
Directions

1Wash turkey in and out.

2Chop up garlic clove into slivers and slide under the skin all over.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper mix all over.

4Stuff bird.

5Cover tightly with foil.

6Cook at 325 for 25 minutes per pound or to an internal temp of 165.

7During final 30 minutes uncover bird and and rub with butter.
-
8Baste 2 or 3 times for browning.
