- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 500° F. Toss the broccoli with the oil and water in a shallow baking pan. Roast 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned. Remove from oven and toss with the salt and a few grinds of pepper.
