- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small carton heavy whipping cream
Directions

1Cook rice until tender; add sugar, salt and butter.

2Let cool. When rice is cool, whip cream and fold into rice.

3Refrigerate 4 hours.

4Serve with Raspberry Sauce.
