- 1/2 pounds Broccoli Spears
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (or Any Other Oil Will Also Work)
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 2 cloves Garlic, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2Toss broccoli in a tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

3Roast in a pan for 15 minutes. Remove pan from the oven.

4Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil over the broccoli.

5Sprinkle the grated garlic over the broccoli. Roast about 5 minutes longer.

6Toss broccoli in lemon juice.
