- 1 1/2 lb broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon of juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

3preheat oven to 425

4in large bowl, toss broccoli and garlic with olive oil and lemon juice until lightly coated

5sprinkle with salt and toss again

6arrange broccoli in a single layer or greased or parchment lined baking sheed

7roast for 16-20 minutes: until nicely browned

8put broccoli back in bowl and toss with pepper and cheese

9serve!
