- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 12 oz broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp basil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425.

2Mix oil, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl.

3Add broccoli and tomatoes.

4Toss well to coat.

5Spread in a single layer on a foil lined 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan.

6Roast in oven 13 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is lightly browned.

7Meanwhile, mix vinegar, honey, basil, and oregano in a small bowl.

8Drizzle over roasted vegetables after removing from oven.

9Toss well to coat.

10Serve immediately.
