    Preheat the oven to 425 F. As the oven is pre-heating, you will need to wash and prepare the Brussels sprouts.

    To clean, you will need to cut off the hard stem and cut them in half.

    Place them on a large, rimmed cookie sheet in a single layer.

    Once the oven is pre-heated, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the sprouts.

    Give them a good mix making sure each one is coated with the olive oil.

    Add some salt, place in the oven and roast until done.
