Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds chuck roast
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Adolphs meat tenderizer
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup turmeric
- 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 pound whole green beans
- 2/3 butter
- 1 pound mixed vegetables, orange carrots, yellow carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit

2Cover bottom of roaster, or oven safe dish.

3Add spices to roast.

4Only use some of the salt to litely salt the roast.

5Put on top of butter in roaster

6Smother the top of roast with butter

7Add beans on top of buttered roast

8Salt the beans with some of the salt
-
9Add the mixed vegetables, litely salting the vegetables and add rest of the butter on top
-
10Put into oven covered.

11Roast for 1 1/2 hours.
