Roasted Carrots

  • 1 lb. small whole carrots
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 ??? crushed cornflakes

Directions

    Cook carrots, water, sugar and salt together until tender. Drain.

    Cool.

    Dip carrots into butter, then into crumbs.

    Place on greased baking tray.

    Bake in a 350° oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
