- 1 lb. small whole carrots
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 ??? crushed cornflakes
Directions

1Cook carrots, water, sugar and salt together until tender. Drain.

2Cool.

3Dip carrots into butter, then into crumbs.

4Place on greased baking tray.

5Bake in a 350° oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
