- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons aji panca paste (red pepper paste)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 lemon or lime
Directions

1Cut cauliflower into same size florets, wash them and let them air dry.

2In a large mixing bowl put oil, aji panca paste (red pepper paste) and salt; mix, add the cauliflower.

3Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.

4Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.

5Before serving squeeze lemon or lime all over.
