  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons aji panca paste (red pepper paste)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lemon or lime

Directions

    Cut cauliflower into same size florets, wash them and let them air dry.

    In a large mixing bowl put oil, aji panca paste (red pepper paste) and salt; mix, add the cauliflower.

    Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.

    Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.

    Before serving squeeze lemon or lime all over.
