  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Spices Of Your Choice

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees .

    In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, sea salt, and seasonings of your choice.

    Toss to coat.

    Spread seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a cookie sheet or baking pan.

    Roast in the oven, shaking the pan occasionally, or using a spatula to turn chickpeas until they begin to brown (about 20 minutes).

    Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
