- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Chickpeas
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Spices Of Your Choice

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees .

2In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, sea salt, and seasonings of your choice.

3Toss to coat.

4Spread seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a cookie sheet or baking pan.

5Roast in the oven, shaking the pan occasionally, or using a spatula to turn chickpeas until they begin to brown (about 20 minutes).

6Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

7Try not to eat all at once.
