Ingredients
- 10 clove garlic
- 10 Spicy chillies
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml olive and seed oil blend
- 125 ml red grape vinegar
- 125 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 220C grill

2Brown onion in sauce pan with 25ml olive and seed oil blend

3Add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes

4Roast chillies, red bell peppers and garlic in oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly brown

5Peel the peppers

6Put everything in a food processor and liquidise until smooth

7You can store the sauce in a glass container in the fridge for months
