Ingredients

  • 10 clove garlic
  • 10 Spicy chillies
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 150 ml olive and seed oil blend
  • 125 ml red grape vinegar
  • 125 ml lemon juice
  • 100 ml water

    Preheat oven to 220C grill

    Brown onion in sauce pan with 25ml olive and seed oil blend
  3. 3
    Add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes
  4. 4
    Roast chillies, red bell peppers and garlic in oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly brown

    Peel the peppers
  6. 6
    Put everything in a food processor and liquidise until smooth

    You can store the sauce in a glass container in the fridge for months
