- 1 qt. pecans
- 1 egg white, beaten until stiff
- 1/2 c. sugar (white)
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Sift sugar and cinnamon together.

2Roll pecans in egg white, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over pecans (make sure they are mixed well).

3Butter large pan; spread pecans in pan. Cook in 300° oven until brown and appears dry.

4Stir often (about every 15 minutes).

5Bake about 35 to 40 minutes.
